An analysis framework of supply chain integration risk management: An empirical study

In view of overwhelming interests of almost all enterprises placed upon risks and supply chains, this paper examines enterprise-wide risk management by integrating risk management practices in the context of enterprise management. I first start with the importance of managing supply chain risks, and then present a practical framework for enterprises to manage supply chain risks in their extended supply chains. The benefits of managing supply chain risks are established via a variety of supply chain integration risk approaches to my focus case which has proved the approaches effective. My research will constitute a good reference for policy making and effective lessons for other enterprises in the field of supply chain risk management.
