摘要
For the purpose of making better use of the resources of waste newspaper, cellulase was used in enzymolysis of substrate of waste newspaper. This paper, based on the study and discussion of the effect brought by the enzyme dosage, treatment time and substrate concentration on glucose in enzymolysis of waste newspaper, compared the sugar yield, whether experienced caustic pretreatment or not, in the process of pre-and post deinking for wastepaper, and research the reaction effect of P-glucanase and cellulase. And then the reaction substrate, enzymatic hydrolysate and residue of enzymolysis was analyzed. Research shows that the glucose yield was high when cellulase dosage was 154 IU/g, reaction was held for 72 h. The enzymolysis of enzymatic substrate was studied for the second time. It showed that there were xylose, mannose, and cellobiose besides glucose in enzymatic hydrolysate. The sugar solution obtained at optimum hydrolytic condition was fermented to produce lactic acid. This will make better use of waste newspaper, by turning it into valuable thing.
