摘要：

Training academic-practical teachers is an inevitable requirement of popularization of higher education. It is the fundamental guarantee for training versatile talents at college. Hotel management is a major which is characterized by higher degree of applicability and internationalization. So professional teachers of this major need to have not only education background but also practical ability. Therefore the colleges need to create favorable conditions for professional teachers to realize the combination of theory and practice effectively. And it is helpful for meeting the society demands of modem hotel talents.
