摘要
A dual-winding complementary suspension fault tolerant control strategy for the six-phase and three-phase dual winding bearingless flux-switching permanent magnet motor (BFSPMM) is proposed in this paper. If one phase of the six phase winding is missing, the remaining 5 healthy phases can still generate torque, but the stability of the rotor suspension control is affected by the disturbance suspension force generated by current in the symmetric phase of missing phase. Therefore, a fault-tolerant control strategy for BFSPMM with two symmetric missing phases is studied in this paper. Let the remaining 4 healthy phases generate torque and compensation suspension force according to the principle that the copper loss of the suspension current is minimal The compensation suspension force and the main suspension force generated by the three-phase windings achieve the stable suspension of the rotor. The theoretical analysis and Matlab simulation prove that the proposed control strategy is effective.
