摘要
High-performance and reliable electric drive systems are playing an increasingly important role in improving the reliability and operational performance of electric gun control systems and adapting to complex and ever-changing battlefield environments. In order to improve the reliability of electric gun control system, this article proposes a common bus dual-inverter drive system of dual-winding fault-tolerant permanent magnet motor (DFPMM), which achieves fault-tolerant control in the event of single or multiple windings open-circuit faults and improves the system's fault-tolerant ability. In addition, this article analyzes and designs the control strategy based on the two working modes of fast-tracking target and stable following target in the gun control system, and proposes a dual-mode control strategy based on the DFPMM driving system. Through simulation and experiments, it has been verified that the proposed DFPMM drive system achieves fault-tolerant operation in the presence of windings open-circuit faults, thus forming a highly reliable and fault-tolerant system. The proposed dual-mode control strategy aims to reduce the time required to aim at the target, improve the stability of the gun barrel during tank operation, and thereby improve the operational performance of the electric gun control system.
