Design of a high power, high step-up non-isolated DC-DC converter for fuel cell applications

摘要
In this paper, a high power, high step-up non-isolated DC-DC converter for fuel cell application is designed. The studied converter is connected to a fuel cell stack which generates electrical power of 30 kW under 55 V. The load is a battery pack with maximal voltage amplitude of around 620 V. The proposed converter allows to stand-up the fuel cell voltage to the battery pack voltage with fuel cell undulation current lower than 1% of the nominal current. Simulation results are presented in order to validate the proposed converter structure and the evolution of the converter efficiency will be investigated.
