摘要
The notion of sharing work out more evenly has a beguiling simplicity, yet one which fails to reflect the complexities of actual work time patterns and the relationship between working time and issues of cost and control. Moreover, much of the work sharing discussion has assumed that all work contexts can be treated more or less equally for purposes oi calculating the job-creation potential of different hours reductions, or the disposition of work groups (all ages, income levels etc.) towards work sharing (Blyton, 1985, p. 166).
