摘要：
This paper presents the methodology of a case study in the agro-food industry. Its objectives are to analyse and re-organize the SMEs' production systems. We propose a review of the Enterprise Modelling Techniques (EMT) in order to put our research in context. Then, we will introduce the research aspects of the Human Resource Management of the SMEs' systems.
