摘要
The paper first distills and summaries the demands placed on local government behaviors in the building of a new rural China, then goes on to make a detailed analysis of the existing problems and their causes in government behaviors in the current process of building a new rural area of China. Finally, the author points out the ways and choices for pushing forward behavior innovations by local governments in the context of building a new socialist rural China.
