摘要：
In this paper we will give an overview of an e-Learning System based on domain ontology and discuss some of Semantic Web technologies. It is primarily based on ontology-based descriptions of content, context and structure of the learning materials and thus provides flexible and personalized access to e-Learning materials. At last, we illustrate how the techniques can be put into programming practice using the modem Semantic Web development tool Protege.
