摘要：
Patients find it difficult to access new therapies and drugs due to their high cost. Velcade, a blood cancer drug and Herceptin, used for breast cancer are too expensive and also have side effects. Efficient usage of the drug and reduced access to new therapies are the possible ways to cut costs.
