摘要
This paper proposed a soft-switching single-phase transformer-isolation inverter with a transformer-isolated soft-switching dc link. The transformer-isolated soft-switching dc link provides electrical isolation function and soft-switching function on main power switches in inverter. Not only the power switches can be operated in soft-switching condition to reduce the switching losses but the voltage stress on power main switches in inverter can be clamped at input voltage. The circuit operation analysis and experimental results are described in this paper to verify the performance.
