Semi soft local function which generated a new topology in soft ideal spaces

In 1999 Molodtsov [1] reach to represent a new type of mathematical concepts be called them (Soft Set) that became later on the focus of attention to many researchers in several different fields like medical, engineering, Human and other studies. In the other hand in field of pure mathematical science considered as a mathematical tool to express unconfirmed cases. After that in 2014 [14] soft local function has been defined on these sets with study most important features and configure a new topology that is called soft ideal topology. The aim from this paper is to present the definition of semi soft local function and discuss some features on it in order to configure a new topology with study the important features of it and also present the concept of soft compatible and study the most features also relation it with semi soft local function.
