ZOOGEOGRAPHICAL ANALYSIS OF MACROZOOBENTHOS OF THE COMMANDER-ALEUTIAN ISLANDS IN HOLOCENE

摘要：
For the reconstruction of the dynamic zoogeographical structure of the invertebrate complex in the Middle and Late Holocene, remains of invertebrates from cultural layers of three ancient settlements on Adak Island (Aleutian Islands) were studied. A radiocarbon date of the oldest deposit is 7000 BP. The recent macrozoobentos of the littoral zones of Bering Island, Mednyi Island (Commander Islands) and Adak Island (Aleutian Islands) was studied. The zoogeographical structure of the macrozoobentos was revealed not to change significantly from 7000 BP, but the proportion of species and their number depended on the dynamics of climatic conditions.
