An optimal self-tuning PID controller considering parameter estimation uncertainty

摘要
For the tuning of PID controller parameters, two methods are presented in this paper to overcome the uncertainty of the parameter estimation, which are time-varying forgetting factor and model verification using correlation function. Then an optimization criterion is used for the self-tuning of the PID controller parameters. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the presented method.
