摘要：

Information is an important asset for the enterprise and how to manage it effectually has been a hot topic in many years, This article expatiates an approach of information network analysis. Enterprise is regard as information exchange network, and information management is just to research on it. First, the two-actor analysis is carried on, and then basic modes are picked up as the components of the whole network, in which, the problems of information management are discussed. Last, some important facets for the whole network analysis are brought forward.
