摘要
Amnesia after anesthesia was compared among 3 groups of patients anesthetized with isoflurane inhalation, propofol infusion with and without epidural block. When the patients regained consiciousness and orientation after surgery, they were shown a digit and asked to confirm it verbally. Memory of the digit was tested on the following day. The incidence of memory for the digit was significantly different among the 3 groups, 5%, 40% and 80 %, respectively.
