摘要
An efficient perfectly matched layer (PML) is proposed for waveguides. In this letter, the PML region is simulated in one dimension, which improves the computational efficiency A WG-90 rectangular waveguide with a thick inductive iris is analyzed by the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method with Berenger' PML and the proposed PML. Scattering parameters and computational efficiency are compared. (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
