摘要
With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the importance that control theory will be applied to mechanical engineering is increasingly evident. Mechanical control engineering can fulfill systematic transmission, processing and feedback. It is difficult to draw the time response curve and the frequency response curve of high order system in the control system of mechanical engineering. The latest popular simulation software based on Simulink provides a new solution for the system simulation technology. It not only improves the efficiency of programming, but also can greatly improve the quality and reliability of programming, and has become the preferred international computer simulation software. This article analyzes the application of the simulation software in the control system of mechanical engineering by listing some examples of position control servo system of CNC machine tool. According to time response analysis, frequency domain analysis of controlling system and judgment of stability of the system, characteristics of the system is easy to be observed by the simulation results, it can greatly improve quality and reliability of the programming with a friendly graphical user interface.
