New explosion-proof electric apparatus - Intelligent hybrid AC contactor

摘要
Electric power and electronic technology combined single-chip digital processor technology and traditional AC contactor to form a new-type intelligent hybrid AC contactor. In the contact system, the contact of each phase connected with only one unidirectional SCR component in parallel. A kind of immune genetic algorithm (IGA) is applied to optimal design of the control and structure parameters of the intelligent hybrid AC contactor. Because single-chip processor is adopted in the control, the optimized control of the whole process is easily achieved. Especially it realized the non-arc closing and breaking. It greatly saved the cost in terms of technical and economic indicators. It is a new-type intelligence explosion-proof electric apparatus (EXEA).
