摘要
Developing synaptic devices with environment-friendly materials is a promising research direction. Here, light-stimulated synaptic transistors based on natural carotene and organic semiconductors were developed. Several important functions similar to biological synapses were realized and an ultra-low power consumption of 3.4 x 10(-18) J was achieved.
