摘要
video transmission and streaming is one of the crucial tasks of Mobile Ad-Hoc networks. As the technology is growing the demand of multimedia application is also growing which requires high data rate transmissions, less utilization of resources, minimized end-to-end delay. For mobile ad hoc networks it is difficult to maintain all the constraints for better user experience due to the dynamic nature of network topology which causes the poor Quality of Service (QoS) for users. To overcome the issue of the QoS in MANET we propose a cross-layer design technology to improve the overall performance of the Mobile Ad-Hoc Network. The proposed cross-layer design optimizes the video transmission rate, end-to-end delay and resource utilization for improved performance of MANET. The proposed algorithm shows the less interference by utilizing spectrum sensing and sharing method. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is an efficient method to improve the QoS in terms of overall throughput of the network.
