摘要
Nowadays, the electricity markets revolution caused by the new regulatory framework is driven by the following aspects: continuous development in renewable sources, development delays in infrastructure, and change of market structure. Despite the significant development in infrastructure, it does not follow a quicker increase in renewable sources. It has an impact on congestion management, which is still a considerable issue needed to be resolved. There are a few main methods, which results in dismantling congestions, although, in this article, the author presents another solution to do that. The paper aims to present a new approach to congestion management in the transmission network. The main objective is to elaborate a few methods of congestion removal and present the chosen method. The paper relates to the mutual relations between the Transmission System Operator (TSO), Distribution System Operator (DSO) and the active agents connected with the distributed generation.
