Effects of Aerobic Exercise Prescription Intervention to Female College Students with Simple Obesity

摘要
[Purpose]Based on the influence of Aerobic exercise prescription on the body shape, the physiological function and the physical constitution of female college students with simple obesity, the paper dedicates to discussing the scientific and effective way of losing weight [Methods] Using the Aerobic exercise Prescription to do 15-week rehabilitation training for 56 female college students with obesity, we tested and compared the change in the body shape, the physiological function and the physical constitution of the 56 subjects before and after intervention [Results] After intervention, the indexes of the body shape, the physiological function and the physical constitution were all greatly improved The weight decreased from (71 24 +/- 8 05) kg to (67 46 +/- 7 93) kg, the index of BMI from (27 93 +/- 2 40) to (26 42 +/- 2 24), and the waist circumferences from (86 90 +/- 6 24) cm to (82 56 +/- 6 12) cm, and the hip circumferences from (101 73 +/- 4 53) cm to (98 63 +/- 4 51) cm As for physiological function, after experiment, the heart rate was decreased from (79 16 +/- 6 01) b/min to (76 89 +/- 5 50) b/min, the SBP was reduced from (125 04 +/- 11 05) mmHg to (121 79 +/- 10 49) mmHg, while the DBP was changed from (80 89 +/- 6 91) mmHg to (78 34 +/- 6 38) mmHg, and the vital capacity increased from (2200 86 +/- 217 46) ml to (2439 68 +/- 225 98) ml As for physical constitution the standing long jump increased from (151 80 +/- 14 40) cm to (157 09 +/- 14 57) cm, the setups from (19 64 +/- 5 52) b/min to (24 36 +/- 5 19) b/min, and the 800-meter running dropped from (283 88 +/- 27 48) s to (271 44 +/- 29 45) s Comparing with the pre-intervention, these differences were all statistically significant (P <0 01) [Conclusion]The Aerobic exercise Prescription is effective in intervening simple obesity of the female college students and in helping them lose weighs healthily
