摘要
In order to make the foam generator produce high quality forth to generate better dust control effects, the paper expounds the foam formation mechanism and foam dust control mechanism and discusses the effect of air supply quantity, liquid supply quantity and air supply pressure on foaming effect. The experimental results show that air supply quantity and bubble production take on parabola relationship and the optimum air supply quantity scope would be 30 similar to 45m(3)/h, after exceeding the scope, it will appear obvious gas-liquid separation defoaming phenomenon. The liquid supply quantity and bubble production take on first-increase-then-stable trend and the optimum liquid supply quantity scope would be 45 similar to 55L/h, after exceeding the scope, it will appear excess liquid in foam generator and bubble production no longer increase. The air supply pressure has small impact on bubble production and the foam multiple keep at 10 similar to 12 times under certain air supply quantity. The research provides a powerful experimental instruction for the practical application of foam generator.
