摘要
A series of 2,3-diaryl-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivatives were synthesized from isatiocanhydride and Schiff base in the presence of sodium hydroxide under solvent-free conditions. The advantages of this procedure are simple protocol and high yields. Using different Schiff bases to prepare 2,3-diaryl-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one derivatives, sixteen compounds were synthesized. The structures were determined by IR, H-1 NMR and HRMS techniques.
