摘要
Clinoptilolite zeolite was successfully synthesized using a microwave energy technique with Tetraethylorthosilicate and Aluminum hydroxide precursors in a temperature of 145 degrees C. The purpose of the research was to apply sodium hydroxide and aluminum in order to produce Ag-doped zeolite. Putting the reaction mixture in microwave for 90 minutes in the temperature of 145 degrees C caused the pure zeolite of the Clinoptilolite phase of high crystal to be synthesized. Every one of the mixtures were analyzed using the XRD and three distinctive peaks (2 theta = 9.84, 11.17, 22.35) of Clinoptilolite was chosen and the calculations of the peak intensity summation was done for them. The images of FE-SEM show the Nanocomposite Ag-doped Clinoptilolite zeolite which has been treated thermally. Based on the FE-SEM, it was noticed that the metallic Ag nanoparticles that are on the zeolite clusters' surface have a distribution that is uniform. The bands at 3423 and 1635 cm(-1) are attributed to zeolite water. The band at 794 cm(-1) belongs to T-O (and the T stands for Si, Al) symmetric stretching vibrations and the band that is at 466 cm(-1) is related to the T-O-T (T = Si, Al) bending vibration.
