摘要：

Aims: verify the accuracy of finite element analysis, and accurate information cause of crack. Methods: this paper establishes a model of the arm on ladle turret in shell element by ANSYS software, and presents an analytical study of static strength of the arm. Result: verify the accuracy of the finite element method by on-site response test. Accordingly, it improves the arm on the structure by effective basis. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
