摘要
A study was conducted to demonstrate high-speed nanocrystallization of copper in a low-temperature laser plasma. It was demonstrated that the high-speed growth of micro and nanostructures was possible under the action of laser pulses on a substrate with an absorbing-solution layer deposited on it. This phenomenon was called highspeed nanocrystallization, which was based on the use of the effects discovered at the Lebedev Institute of Physics, Russian Academy of Science in 1963. The use of the effects discovered the Lebedev Institute of Physics was based on the light-hydraulic effect (LHE) and the self-focusing effect (SFE). The light-hydraulic effect consisted in the generation of a shock pulse in liquid under the action of a short laser-radiation pulse. A paper was selected as the target in experiments on copper nanocrystallization, with a chemical-reagent layer deposited on it.
