摘要
The dynamics of magnetization is significantly determined by domain walls, which are currently considered as active elements of promising spintronic devices with ultrafast magnetization reversal. Studies of the dynamics of domain walls under the action of a magnetic field and spin-polarized currents in antiferromagnets and ferrimagnets in the region of compensation of the angular momentum have been reviewed. Solutions of the basic dynamic equations for domain walls in antiferromagnets and ferrimagnets that are obtained by solving the Landau-Lifshitz equations using the effective Lagrangian method make it possible to explain experimentally observed anomalies in the compensation area. The main mechanisms of the effect of spin-polarized currents on the dynamics of domain walls, as well as the prospects of further studies in this field, have been discussed.
