摘要
The microstructure and mechanical properties of directed energy deposited Ti6Al4V alloy upon inter-layer ultrasonic impact peening and heat treatment including thermal cycling and solution plus aging were studied. The results show that the anisotropy of the mechanical properties can be reduced by breaking columnar prior-beta grains with inter-layer ultrasonic impact peening and spheroidizing primary alpha phases with heat treatment.
