Neutron scattering and gravimetric study of BI2Sr2CaCu2O8+x high-temperature superconductors

摘要
We analysed some of the structural properties of BI2Sr2CaCu2O8+x superconductors using neutron scattering and intelligent gravimetric analyser instruments from room temperature to 750 degrees C. Both of the experiments showed that the oxygen content of the compound is temperature dependent and decreases as the temperature increases. Neutron experiment results showed that the lattice parameters of the compound are a function of oxygen content and they increase as the oxygen content decreases.
