Ensuring building services systems run at the highest possible energy efficiency is crucial to realize global greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets. An all-in-one smart building energy management platform leverages big data analytics and machine learning to achieve the best possible energy performance of the central AC system for a Grade-A office building in Hong Kong. It transforms maintenance practices from experienced-based to datadriven decision making.
