摘要
Ni-Co doped BiFeO3 Ceramics were synthesized by solid-state reaction route. The XRD analysis revealed that all the samples showed the formation of almost single phase rhombohedral structure with R3c space group. Both dielectric constant and loss tangent were found to decrease rapidly with increase in frequency upto 1 kHz, then became roughly constant upto 1 MHz for all compositions. The Nyquist plots indicated contribution of both bulk and grain effects to the electrical properties of the material. It is also observed that the ME coupling is induced in the samples.
