The contaminant transport through Confined Dike Facilities (CDF) are analyzed by finite element method. The unsaturated fluid flow coupled with convective dispersive mass transport of chemicals are solved. Various practical cases of the CDF are analyzed to arrive at the effectiveness of the protective measures.
