摘要
The Antheraea Pernyi (tussah) silk fibroins were dissolved with Lithium thiocyanate solution in order to be spun using wet-spinning and electrospinning, then regenerated Antheraea Pernyi silk fibroin fibers were obtained. After quantitative analysis of secondary structure change of Antheraea Pernyi silk fibroin, regenerated fibroin fibers spun by wet-spinning and electrospinning using FTIR, it was found that the secondary structure of Antheraea Pernyi silk fibroins was different form those of regenerated fibroin fibers by wet-spinning and electrospinning. The former were mainly random coil and beta-turn, the latter mainly random coil, separately.
