摘要：
The conservation of transcriptional regulatory mechanisms across species combined with the restricted expression of these molecules in time and space within the embryo offer new insights into CNS cell specification. In this review, we focus on transcriptional control in the generation of specific cell classes within the cerebellar cortex.
