摘要：
The article grounds theoretically the major types of behavioral risks. Their key features and factors are determined along with the major groups of risk within an enterprise including people that have certain deviations in their behavior and influence negatively upon the enterprise performance. Preconditions, factors and major risk groups affecting the human resource management are demonstrated.
