The Research of Group Financial Management and Control Model in the Case of Information Management

With an increasing difficulty of financial control for a group currently, the traditional group financial control model can't meet the needs in the recent real world. Therefore there is a positive meaning of studying and researching the financial control model. From the perspective of enterprises, here we form the group financial on-demand control model, which includes the information control platform, the financial management system and the management support system. We form this model based on the concepts of information management and the methods of using unified modeling and integration management, According to forming this model we can realize the on-demand control to the group financial activities. This model is designed to solve the existing problems such as the failure of considering of the operational efficiency and control levels in the financial control process, the gap between the strategic targets and processes, the information asymmetry and the risks in the use of information technology and so on.
