摘要：
This paper mainly studies the network of financial reporting model based on XBRL. This article firstly defines the relevant concepts and the basic framework and design ideas of enterprise financial management information collaborative model are followed. Then it analyzes formation principles of the network of financial reporting and main features and technical characteristics of XBRL, and in enterprise financial management information collaborative model, it also makes demand and feasibility analysis about network of financial reporting model based on XBRL. Finally, the paper puts forwards application of the financial reporting model in enterprise financial management information collaborative model as well as the application benefits of XBRL.
