Project Cost Management System in Civil Engineering Construction

Cost control mode in many companies still use traditional cost control methods. but according to the budget control cost, as long as the cost does not exceed the budget is the effective control of the costs, simple control costs can not make the project cost to achieve optimum control. Therefore, the need to further improve the method of cost control, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, the research object of this paper is the construction project construction cost control, the main content is to analyze the cost control of construction projects on the basis of project management, from project cost process control systems, analysis and forecast project cost, project management effectiveness evaluation, and cost control related to schedule management, in-depth analysis of the quality management aspects.
