摘要
Modern logistics enterprises are faced with increasingly strong market competition, so the function of logistics enterprises performance evaluation is important. The result of performance evaluation is the basis of performance management and management decision in enterprises, which provides important feedback effect in entire operating status of enterprises, and it. is in propitious to managers to make reasonable decision. In this paper, the system of evaluating indices is established scientifically, and combined weight model based on analytical hierarchy process and information entropy and fuzzy optimization model are applied to evaluate the performance of logistics enterprises, which is colligated the advantages of the three models, providing a new way of evaluating the performance of logistics enterprises. Using an example to explain that these three models all have good application, and the analyzing results of the two models are as the same.
