摘要
In this study, an efficient and simple nanocomposite was designed for detection of uric acid (UA). This nanocomposite is composed of titanium-potassium niobate (K3Ti5NbO14) and 5, 10, 15, 20-tetrakis (N-methylpyridinium-4-yl) porphyrinato iron (III) (FeTMPyP) through a simple exfoliation/reassembling method by means of electrostatic self-assembly technology. The change of morphology and structure has been verified by the characterization means of scanning electron micrograph, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, transmission electron microscope, high-resolution transmission electron microscope, X-ray powder diffraction, and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Furthermore, electrochemical measurements demonstrated that FeTMPyP/Ti5NbO14 composite has improved the electrochemical oxidation effect on UA due to its improved electron transfer properties and the FeTMPyP/Ti5NbO14 modified electrode has a low detection limit of 0.5 mu M with the concentration range from 2.5 to 382 mu M. Further investigation proved that FeTMPyP/Ti5NbO14 composite has satisfactory stability, good reproducibility, and strong anti-interference property, and has great application value in the detection of UA.
