摘要：
Non-steroideal anti-inflammatory drugs pharmacological profile and classification are briefly reviewed with the focus on their pharmacodynamic and adverse events profile. The pharmacodynamic, pharmacokinetic and adverse events profile of dipirone, and its place in clinical practice, are also reviewed.
