The logistics is the artery of national economy and it is the bond that connecting the national economic sectors. It has caused widespread concern of the enterprise for the logistics management to reduce the resource consumption and improve the production efficiency to improve the enterprise management effect and reduce the overall cost in today's society. The high and low of the logistics cost of the small and medium-sized enterprise are directly related to the level of enterprise profits and competitive strength in an increasingly competitive today, so the logistics cost control becomes the core of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprise logistics management. It is the key to achieving enterprise profits to reduce the logistics cost through the scientific and effective logistics cost control.
