摘要
In the context of economic globalization, the going global strategy has become the only way for small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter referred to as SMEs) in China to develop. In this article, we analyzed the disadvantages of SMEs resulting from financing problems, export market order, export structure and trade barriers. Finally, in order to cope with those problems, we originally proposed some development ideas, such as e-commerce strategy, human resource strategy, government policy, capital management, group company management, and brand strategy.
