摘要
A 2-D finite element model of the fast electromagnetic repulsion device is presented in this paper, and the variation characteristics of the device with respect to different parameters are analyzed in transient field by using Ansoft Maxwell. Design of Experiment (DOE) is used to choose the simulation parameters of the device using a bistable spring institution. A regression coefficient matrix is established according to the simulation results by using the least squares method, then a second-order model of responding surface is built up, with which a test on the goodness of fit is carried out. Finally an optimal design is achieved based on the responding surface.
