摘要：
Intellectual property compensation in equipment mobilization refers to compensation activity to enterprises which suffered the loss of intellectual property rights because of market failure. Solving the problem of intellectual property compensation in equipment mobilization plays an important role in improving the enthusiasm of equipment mobilization, expanding the mobilization foundation and improving the mobilization efficiency. In the paper, the external influencing factors of intellectual property in equipment mobilization are analyzed, several circumstances which needs compensated and classification compensation of peacetime and wartime mobilization activities is put forward.
