摘要
SEM, DSC and WAXD methods were used to study on the miscibility in the crystalline phase and the fractional crystallization behavior of PTT/PA-6 blends. The SEM result showed that PTT and PA-6 had obvious phase separation and poor miscibility. DSC and WAXD results further indicated that PTT and PA-6 in the blends crystallized respectively without creating a mixed crystal, and they were phase- separated morphology and immiscible in the crystalline region. It could also be found from the DSC result that the crystallization of PA-6 dominated the melt crystallization process, and when PTT component was below 50% (wt), there existed fractional crystallization behavior.
