摘要
This paper shows for the new material textile reinforced concrete (TRC) how, as part of the general technical approval, the reliability concept methodology of DIN EN 1990-1 is applied to the carbon textile fabric, which represents the tensile reinforcement in the composite building material. The reduction factor is determined, which is required for the semi-probabilistic design. For this purpose, the relevant statistical and characteristic variables are determined at the beginning. Following the partial safety factor is calibrated with reference to the established material "(steel-) reinforced concrete". The reliability of textile-reinforced concrete is directly compared with that of reinforced concrete and thus clearly illustrates that the same security level can be achieved with the new material for supporting structures. Finally, the determination of the design strength is performed, considering various effects, such as durability. © Ernst & Sohn Verlag für Architektur und technische Wissenschaften GmbH & Co.
